School Lunch Program Information

2024 - 2025 School Lunch Program

Maywood Public School serves nutritionally balanced meals for lunch each day.  Students are able to purchase  a lunch that does not exceed $3.50 in price.  Adult lunches currently are $4.70 each.  Payment for lunches may be made one at a time or pay for meals in advance.  Students who meet federal guidelines may qualify for free or reduced lunches.  You may apply for free and reduced lunches by filling out an application on the JMC web-sight on your family portal.

To file a program complaint of discrimination, complete the USDA Program Discrimination Complaint Form, (AD-3027) found online at: http://www.ascr.usda.gov/complaint_filing_cust.html, and at any USDA office, or write a letter addressed to USDA and provide in the letter all of the information requested in the form. To request a copy of the complaint form, call (866) 632-9992. Submit your completed form or letter to USDA by:
