My name is Ms. Peter, and I will be the librarian for Maywood and Hayes Center this year! I graduated from Winside, NE, in 2004 and attended Mount Marty College, where I was able to play volleyball while earning my BA in Elementary Education. I started my teaching career in Hayes Center, where I taught for 5 years before life took me north to Alaska! I taught in Dutch Harbor, AK, for 7 years and returned to the great state of Nebraska to be closer to family and my nephews. I have been in education for 16 years now, with experience in elementary and high school. I have my Master's in Coaching and Athletic Administration, and I am completing my School Library Endorsement from UNO. I'm thrilled to be a wolf and work with both schools!
