Right on Track!

On Tuesday, April 8th MHC High School Track had another meet for the DCS invite. Today was a good day to break some records. Our girls 4x4 (Blayklee Farr, Addison Richards, Reagan Stengel, and Ava Messersmith) relay team ran a 4:10.81 beating the old record of 4:16.70 set by DCS in 1997! Then our 4x8 (Addison Richards, Karissa Stengel, Caylie Softley, and Reagan Stengel) relay team ran a 10:14.37 beating the old record by 8.43. The old record was 10:22.80 set back in 1997 by DCS! In Long Jump Blayklee Farr placed 1st, Sawyer Dibbern placed 2nd, and Reagan Stengel placed 3rd. In Triple Jump Steven Werkmesiter placed 2nd, Kady Fisher placed 5th, and Grace Loomis placed 6th. Then in the 800 meter Addison Richards placed 1st, and Karissa Stengel placed 3rd. During the 300 meter hurdles Sawyer Dibbern placed 2nd, Jillian Johnson placed 5th, Kady Fisher placed 6th, and Kade Broz placed 7th. In the long distance 3200 meters Caylie softley placed 2nd, Agneshka Sankey placed 4th, and Charlotte Broker placed 6th. Running along with the 100 meter dash Ava Messersmith placed 3rd, and Ryan Werkmeister placed 7th. Then in the 200 meter dash Ryan Werkmeister placed 7th. In the 400 meter Addison Richards placed 4th. With our long distance crew in the 1600 meter Caylie Softley placed 4th. Jumping to the 100 meter hurdles Kesli Cox placed 4th, and Jillian Johnson placed 8th. In High Jump Sawyer Dibbern placed 5th, and Karissa Stengel placed 5th. Working together in the 4x1 relay the boys team Sawyer Dibbern, Ryan Werkmeister, Kade Broz, Rubiel Lopez placed 4th, and the girls team Kesli Cox, Blayklee Farr Ayleen Hernandez, and Ava Messersmith placed 4th. What a wonderful day to compete, way to go Wolves keep working hard and getting better wit ever stride!
