Congratulations to our Maywood Art 3 students! These students traveled to McCook Community College on April 10th for the annual Paint-In held every April. At this event, students get 2.5 hours to paint a themed mural and compete against other schools and their teams. The theme was “Ripple Effect” and there was 19 schools and 29 teams. Maywood Team #1 was Emma Peterka, Graci Peterka, Johnny Valentin, Katie Domes, and Dallas Grunden. They won 2nd place overall in the painting competition.  Maywood Team #2 was Gwen Rutherford, Joseph Small, Jayden Harig, and Shelby Vogt.
