Name the Snow Plows
Maywood Public School's second grade class participated in the 2023 Name a Snow Plow Contest. This event was put on by the Nebraska Department of Transportation. "Snow More Math" was submitted by Parker McCain and was selected as one of the 16 winners in the state! This year the Nebraska Department of Transportation had over 1200 names submitted. Friday, December 1, 2023 Parker was presented with a certificate and snow plow with "Snow More Math" put on the drivers door.
Michael Houghtelling will be the driver of the snow plow, "Snow More Math" in our district. The students will be able to follow "snow More Math" on NDOT snowplow track. Congratulations Parker McCain!
