Halloween Fun!
It was a very eventful day on October 31st for Maywood Public School. The elementary had a spook parade around town and throughout the school! They were able to trick or teart around town during school thanks to the businesses in Maywood, and came up to the High School showing off all of their amazing costumes! The Community First Bank also put on a October Coloring contest and surprised the winners with bags full of fun treats. Our winners were Declan Livingston, Austen Fischer, Sophia Chavira, Brody Jones, and Aniston McCain. We appreciate everything our community does for our students! On this day our Elementary staff dressed up as emojis! What a creative and fun idea, we would like to thank all of these people for making our elementary activities and education such a success! At the end of the day the elementary students were able to have a Halloween party with lots of fun games and treats. Happy Halloween!
