National FFA Convention
Maywood's FFA group went to the National FFA Convention in Indtanapolis on October 23rd through the 26th. October 23rd the group attended the opening session and spent the day exploring the convention and FFA expo! On the 26th their adventures took them to Kentucky for the day! They started off with a tour of the Louisville Slugger Museum, headed over to the Evan Williams Experience. Miss. Armstrong stated that " It was a very cool tour to do with the students". From there they finished up at Churchill Downs! The FFA group capped off the evening with a stop at Joe's Crab Shack. After a long and eventful day exploring new surroundings they boarded their plane in Orlando for the last leg of their flight home!
